Refund & Return Policy

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Tell us within that time, then return the item within a further 14 days. Unless we say otherwise, you pay the cost of returning it. Sealed items that have been unsealed, such as software or hygiene-protected goods, may be excluded.

Faulty items

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, including a short-term right to reject it within 30 days. Contact us with your order number.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back or of proof that you returned it, using the original payment method where possible, and show the refund on your order.
